I wud just like to add further to some of the comments below that one should not always see high dividend paying companies as the best.

What one should see is the dividend yield too. Sharing companies profits to a high extent with the share holders sometimes may be misleading as such companies may not have fututre expansion plans and to retain their existing share holders SOMETHING needs to be done. So what better than keep them happy with dividends. After all the company still retains those share holders capital. Pure business tactics.

A gud company though lower shud give consistent dividends but we shud also see whether the company is increasing reserves and reinvesting its profits in their future plans so that they can make even better profits and share them with the investors again.

See high promoter or high dividend paying companies are good. But we do also have to see the future business of the company.

See this company has entered cloud computing (a less known computer system but to be the most important system in the next few years). Due to its entry into a whole new segment it has opened up new opportunities to earn.

These are my personal view. This is not to prove that I am right or wrong.

This is good that the ppl on mumbai bulls are having a healthy debate which improves ones skills .

Note: These are my personal view.

Dear All,

There is a difference in the quality of stocks suggested by the investors of mumbai bulls except for City Union Bank ,with all due respects to one and all i would like to say the following -

As far as Mr Daksh is concerned even if his recommendations are based on Technicals all his stocks are fundamentally strong and none are of speculative nature, only stock which is a border case could be Jai Corp but that also has a strong parentage.

In the case of Mr Ananda Kumar all his stocks have the following hall marks -High promoter holding,Consistent dividend paying companies that too very high dividend pay outs and last of all good managements.

There were only two stocks which came to my mind which were exceptions -Pochiraju Inds,Hiedelberg Cement.

Kindly excuse me for taking examples,as i do not wish to hurt anyone or question their wisdom.

I have found out that last year the company has increased its asset by 26 crores. Shares = 1.09 crores.Hence Rs.24 is invested in to assets last year therefore the company is low on dividend.

I am trying to research more will let you know the updates

i think the company may be reinvesting its profits for the future. The sector in which it is working has a payment delay of upto a year or two. The company might be building on its assets. I am researching about the company and will let you know (if i can find) any good reason for the company not giving out dividend.

I think the management is sound since it is able to maintain its ROC since the past 3 years

Lets hope for the best.

Comments by Anand are appropriate. If the earnings are good why aren't the dividends. Even the low stake of owners shows that they are not keen on buying back their own shares?

Somehow doesn't sound very good! Could be an Infosys in the hiding but doesn't appears to have that kind of transparency.
