larsen & toubro - i am holding 200 shares of l&t @ 1690. since then it is moving downwards and now the prices are arnd 1648. is there something negetive in the sentiments about the company? i m holding this for a period of 1 month so what can i expect and is it worth holding for this much period? thank you.

L&T and negative sentments? It cannot happen.
The funda is that since last one month large caps have been sitting on the sidelines and mid cap performing big time. Such things keeps happening in stock markets because the dynamics changes from time to time.
Its very important to understand that where your money will work out and by when.
It will correct with the markets.

One can SIP any stock of his/her choices. SIP will always benefit you. Only difference would be the Risk and Reward ratio.
Decide if you want safe n steady returns or a momentum SIP portfolio? With new economy business reward could be higher n so is the risk.
Though I would go for the momentum PF.

Such companies should be owned by generations and should be treated as long term great buy anytime, anyday.
But on short term trades, buying at the correct level and selling at the correct level also matters.
Technically, L&T if closes above 1730 then next barrier 1800. Big up if above that.
